Returns & Exchange

We have tried to make our return process as simple, transparent and fair as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unwanted items up to 14 days after receiving them if it meets the conditions of our returns policy listed below:

Cancel an order

If you would like to cancel an order before we have dispatched it, please contact support@letsexplore.com. We try and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so it is important you contact us as soon as you can. If an order has been dispatched the following return procedure comes into effect.

14 day returns

You have the right to return an order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. After 14 days we are unable to accept any returns. We must receive any item you decide to return to us within 14 calendar days of your notification to us.

Items damaged on receipt

If your purchase is damaged upon receipt, it is important that when signing for your items you also state ‘received damaged’. You should then take photographs of the damage and send them straight away to support@letsexplore.com, making sure to include the order number in your email. [Ref. Returning Items].

Photographs are required by our carriers and manufacturers to process any claims.

Returned Items

To receive a full refund your order must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If returned items are not returned in their original condition we reserve the right to charge for the repair, repackaging or replacement. Refund is subject to inspection of the returned goods. Please make sure to include the order number in the return package.

Returning items

Any items being returned are your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we don’t offer free returns - postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Let’s Explore, unless the items are faulty or were damaged on receipt [Ref. Item Damaged on Receipt].

Before returning damaged or faulty items, you must first contact support@letsexplore.com to agree the postage service and cost before sending any items back. If you do not, or chose to use a more expensive delivery option, you will be responsible for paying the full non-refundable cost of the return postage.

We always recommend return parcels are sent via a secure form of tracked delivery that insures you for the cost of the return items. Returned items must be suitably packaged to ensure no damage during transit. Please make sure to include the order number in the return package. We cannot accept responsibility for any return items lost or damaged in transit. Keep your proof of return until we notify you that we have received your items.

Refund

We will notify you once we receive your returned item. We will inspect the condition of the item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. · If you are eligible for a refund we will process this as quickly as possible, please however allow up to 10 days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.

Items not as described

If your item is not as described upon receipt, it is important that when signing for your item you also state ‘received damaged’.

Take photographs

It is important to take photographs of any damage or issues where possible. Photographs are required by our carriers and manufacturers to process claims.
